Tell us your phone and iOS or Android version, and what you expected to happen. If it involves your ledger, describe it — do not send a screenshot of anything you would rather keep private.

The evening review is not there

It appears after 20:00 in your phone's local time, and not before. That is deliberate: the review is for a day that is finished, not one still running.

I cannot edit a day I sealed

Sealed days and sealed weeks are read-only, permanently. A ledger you can go back and tidy is not a record of anything. Mark today accurately instead; the chart is built from many weeks, and one imperfect entry does not spoil it.

I bought it, and a new phone says I have not

Open Settings in the app and choose Restore Purchase. The purchase is tied to your App Store or Google Play account, not to an account with us, so restoring works as long as you are signed in to the same store account.

The morning line did not arrive

Check that notifications are allowed for SelfLedger in your phone's settings, then confirm the hour in the app's own settings. The app schedules one notification a day and nothing else — no reminders to come back, no nudges about anything you missed.

How much AI is included

One whisper a week, an introduction for each trait as its week begins, and thirty questions a month. The limits are fixed and do not change with usage. If you would rather use your own Anthropic key, Settings accepts one, and it is kept in your device's keychain.

What the free version does

Three calibrated traits and a short history, for as long as you like. The purchase opens all thirteen traits, the full season chart, and the complete history. It is one payment, once.

Deleting everything

Delete the app. The ledger is stored on your phone alone, so it goes with it, and there is no account left behind. See Privacy for the little that our service holds and how it expires.

Something is wrong with the text or a citation

Tell us. The translation is our own work and the citations point at the Hebrew original's section numbers, so a mistake is ours to fix and worth fixing quickly.
